Ray Slaughter General ManagerRay worked in installment lending, commercial loans and credit administration for First Interstate Bank of Oregon and First Hawaiian Bank from 1973 through 1984. After spending four years as the credit manager of a large Oregon based leasing company, Ray founded McKenzie Leasing Company in 1988. The company operated as a small ticket lease-funding source with customers throughout the state of Oregon. In 2004 he sold the company to Hawes Financial Group. |

Dave Cary Assistant ManagerDave has spent over thirty years in the finance and banking industry with positions in credit management, collection administration, and sales. In 1997 Dave took over ownership of First Fidelity Financial, a local equipment leasing company and former employer. Dave sold the majority of the portfolio in 2003 and worked as a home mortgage consultant until returning to the leasing industry. |

Lisa Kirk Client Services SupervisorBeing an Oregon Native and living in the Central Willamette Valley for seven years has given Lisa a keen knowledge of the state's southern region. Lisa Graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in public relations. She has four+ years experience in credit and accounts receivable systems, and now heads up Client Services and Marketing. |

With an extensive educational background and over seven years work experience in public service, Bryan assists McKenzie with remarketing lease returns and portfolio analysis. A Eugene native, Bryan enjoys anything associated with the great outdoors. |

Megan Edwards Client Services AssistantMegan was born and raised in Eugene and spent time in Medford/Ashland while attending Southern Oregon University. She comes to McKenzie with customer service and sales experience in both retail and property management. While working as an administrative and sales team assistant, she acquired skills in business administration, account management and financial support. Megan supports both Client Services and Portfolio Administration. |

Dani Quinton Portfolio AdministratorWith an Associates Degree in Business Administration, banking experience at Wells Fargo and accounting skills obtained at Professional Credit Service, Dani brings diverse knowledge of financial support to her position as Portfolio Administrator. Dani assists with lease management and provides customer service to current lessees. |

Juanita Brinkman Credit and Collections SupervisorJuanita has 15 years experience in the collections and credit industry. Much of her knowledge of the industry was obtained at Ford Motor Credit where she began as a Customer Service Representative for the Collection & Customer Service Department and was promoted to Dealer Services Analyst. In 1998 Juanita was hired as Credit and Collection Clerk for the Eugene Register Guard where she used her knowledge of collection methods and techniques to collect advertising receivables. Most recently, Juanita was Collection Supervisor at Professional Credit Service. |

Terri Borel Collection SpecialistTerri focuses on collections and customer service for McKenzie’s growing portfolio. Earning an Associated Arts Degree in Business Administration and accounting has given Terri the knowledge to be successful in the finance industry. She uses her twenty years of experience in the collections and customer service industry to assist customers with payment options and service needs. |

Rick Lankford Collection SpecialistRick comes to McKenzie with a broad-based knowledge in a variety of industries and positions including owner / operator of delivery, janitorial, and vending businesses; Operations Manager of an ISP in Lake Tahoe; customer service and collections within the utility industry in Nevada and California, and in his early years, worked as an assistant chef in Lake Tahoe casinos. Married for 29 years to Linda with 2 grown children and a myriad of pets and friends, Rick has also published short stories and articles in various newspapers and national magazines. |

Cheri Marquardt Portfolio AssistantCheri has extensive experience in Customer Service and Sales starting in the Hotel Management industry and expanding into the RV and Automobile industries for the last ten years as a Finance Manager. She joins McKenzie Leasing and Finance as a Portfolio Assistant where she will focus on Titles and Insurance. She will also assist with McKenzie Equipment and Truck Sales as Office Manager. |
